As of late, I’ve been getting a TON of offers to learn about a new “revolutionary” diet, supplement, caffeine fat-burner, “hack”…and more…
And it’s pretty overwhelming.
I’ve spent years studying fitness, nutrition and health. I surround myself with experts in these fields who keep me up to date with what’s going on out there.
So saying NO to these guys comes easy.
But, for those of you who don’t have the same industry background or solid support network, it can be confusing.
I think of the many offers some of you must get from others who are only repeating a marketing script so they can sell their product.
Have they studied up on the products?
What makes it “ingenious”?
Have they fact-checked its claims?
Before you say yes to buying one of these “miracle” products, you may want to consider this:
Are they using menacing and vague, sciency words throughout their marketing?
Does it enlist the mystique of exotic “superfoods” and claim crazy weight loss within a matter of days?
Does it claim to be able to cure all manner of diseases?
Does it insist that you don’t need to exercise at all?
Does it claim it’ll give you super-human strength if you do exercise?
Will you be able to sustain results without depending on this product?
The health and wellness landscape is a multi-billion dollar industry littered with countless temporary “solutions” that may endanger your health in the long run.
Think twice before falling for it.
The fastest and healthiest way to reducing weight and improving health is simple.
A true body transformation comes only from a combination of proper diet and exercise.
So if you also find yourself overwhelmed with all the weight loss chatter out there, let’s set up some time to talk with me about your goals
