Body change is about fat loss and hormones, not weightloss and calories. And by fat loss, I'm defining it as minimizing fat tissue that can pose a risk to vital organs and its function(s). Shrinking down in size is a byproduct (because even if fat tissue and lean muscle may weigh the same, fat tissue takes up more space than lean muscle).

And often the real key to managing weight, gaining energy, and improving mood lies with your hormones.

I've seen way too many times people simply falling into acceptance when it comes to body change that can occur after 40. It is SO common.
