I won’t be standing over you while you do crunches but I will create your fitness strategy that is  delivered through my exclusive fitness app. I have clients all over the US and internationally who are using this platform since they can’t physically be with me. Distance is not going to be a limitation. As for therapy, I’m not a therapist and we don’t spend too much time in the past or on the problem, with one exception- we do look at your past successes or times when you were remarkably brave or fierce and bring those experiences forward to propel you towards your highest self. We mainly focus on the present and the imagined best future.

My approach is based on the idea that understanding your situation, possessing self-awareness regarding your unique strengths, resources, and coping mechanisms helps you feel more confident and empowered to tackle challenges, which influences and improves your emotional wellbeing.

Health coaching helps people initiate and maintain sustainable health change – the type of change that could impact on dementia and mental illness.

Anyone who is contemplating a change in their life- who’ve not been successful in sustained change. We all have untapped potential, that with the right tools and support, can take us to a level of wellness and wholeness we may not have imagined. 

While ambivalence is very normal when initiating lifestyle change, wellness coaching is not appropriate for those who are completely resistant to changing. 

Basically, anybody in any sphere of ready and willing to make a change would benefit from this relationship.

When you engage in wellness coaching, it is more than just fitness and nutrition. I focus on the WHOLE BEING and what makes you tick.

So, while fitness and nutrition strategy is important, itʻs also vital to make time for brain health and self-care. If stress is holding you back from reaching your goals, which it often does, we’ll explore ways to navigate it, and in a way that feels aligned to you.

My approach to addressing hormonal imbalances and metabolism issues is personalized and holistic. I conduct thorough assessments to understand individual needs, focusing on lifestyle interventions. I also emphasize addressing root causes. Through personalized support and accountability, I empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes for improved hormonal balance and metabolic function.

No. However, I will help with determining and tweaking your macronutrient strategy (acceptable amount of carbs, fat and protein allocation), applying it to your real-world lifestyle (versus theory) and taking steps that get you closer to healthier alternatives. I will also provide easy and clean recipes to consider that honors your goal.

Anyone can tell you what to eat but will you be able to maintain it…joyfully? Will you know how to confidently adjust your strategy for special events, like weddings and reunions or when facing stressful situations without sabotaging your goal?  

So while it’s convenient and easy to give you a meal plan to follow, I would rather teach you how to create a meal plan that honors your goal and can easily be applied to your lifestyle.

Yes. You’ll receive bi-weekly tailored workouts based on your strategy, level of fitness, with instructions and adjustments through my fitness app. No guesswork.  You’ll have access for 12 weeks from the start date of your program – no extensions.

Silver Plan: The self-paced program offers flexibility over 12 weeks, allowing you to progress at your own speed. Communication is solely through email. There will be no Zoom calls.

Rose Gold Plan: This is ideal for individuals seeking personalized support and guidance. You have a choice of 3 (60-minutes each) or 6 (30-minutes each) Zoom calls over 12 weeks. You’ll experience face-to-face personalized support and guidance with real-time interaction, accountability, and the opportunity to discuss challenges, receive feedback, and celebrate successes.

Platinum Plan: This is perfect for anyone looking for a more intense and impactful coaching journey. You’ll get enhanced engagement and accountability with weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions spanning 12 weeks, making it the ideal choice for those eager to wholeheartedly pursue their personal growth and transformation.

Starting something new can be tough with all the stuff life throws at us. That’s why I have Accountability check-ins – to offer support and guidance when you need it. You will have unlimited access to my messaging system where we can text or voice message each other. There is nothing generic or cookie cutter with my accountability and support method.

You can use your pre-tax reimbursement program. Health and wellness coaching is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA) and health reimbursement accounts (HRA). For this to happen, you will need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or health care professional. Please contact your carrier for precise instructions.
