Shrinking down in size is a byproduct (because even if fat tissue and lean muscle may weigh the same, fat tissue takes up more space than lean muscle).
And often the real key to managing weight, gaining energy, and improving mood lies with your hormones.
I've seen way too many times people simply falling into acceptance when it comes to body change that can occur after 40. It is SO common.
Suddenly how we were eating and exercising (or not) isn’t giving us the desired result. However, despite what we’ve long been told, losing/managing weight is not a simple matter of “eat less and exercise more”.
