Committing to your health and wellness is an important step, and I tailor the time commitment to fit into your busy lifestyle, depending on the coaching plan you choose:
Premium Thrive Plan and Thrive Together Plan: These plans require a commitment of 1 hour session per week. Each session is focused on providing in-depth, personalized guidance and community interaction (group plan only), respectively. These sessions are key to developing and sustaining your wellness journey, offering continuous support and accountability.
Simply Thrive Plan: For those seeking a less frequent engagement, this plan involves a commitment of just 1 hour every 4 weeks. It’s designed to monitor your progress and adapt strategies as needed, ensuring you stay aligned with your wellness goals without overwhelming your schedule.
In addition to the structured sessions, you’ll have daily practices that can be integrated into your routine. These include active living, meal planning, and self-care activities, typically requiring about 30-60 minutes per day. These practices are flexible and crafted to seamlessly fit into your daily life.
Overall, whether it’s daily practices or scheduled sessions, the commitment is designed to be manageable, effective, and tailored to support your unique health and wellness goals. My goal is to help you achieve lasting change without adding stress to your daily life.
Monday through Friday, 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm Hawaii Standard Time. For Group Coaching, if you can’t make a live coaching session, they are recorded and will be accessible for you to watch. For any questions, I am just an email or voice note away.

Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount to me.
I utilize an online platform that complies with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR regulations, ensuring that your personal information and coaching sessions remain secure and protected at all times.
This platform serves as the primary health hub, where all client information is securely housed.
Health and wellness coaching when medically needed is eligible for reimbursement with your Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA).
The same goes for Personal Training.
For this to happen, you will need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor or health care professional. Please contact your carrier for precise instructions.

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and to give your best effort to apply the strategies and learnings from the course.
I offer a 7-day refund period for purchase if you believe this of unacceptable quality or does not match the curriculum description.
Refunds will not be provided more than 7 days following the date of purchase.
After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program whether or not you complete the program.
Refunds will not be made due to a change of mind or similar.
Please note: If you opt for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 7 days, you are legally required to complete all the remaining payments of your payment plan.
