This program is MORE than just a diet or fitness program and isn’t solely focused on tracking macros, following a food plan, or hitting workout quotas. Although as a personal trainer, former NPC bodybuilder and nutritionist, I have the knowledge and expertise to apply macro-strategies and workouts/modalities if desired. This program is also about rebuilding a rhythm that supports your brain, your body, and your real life especially when things get full. Strength and nourishment are part of the workbut they’re tools, not the end goal. Diet and Fitness programs have potential to work but the flopping common denominator to untangle is what, why, and how it’s driving you.
If you’re on a medically-required diet prescribed by your physician, we’ll work with it; and no, that doesn’t mean your meals have to be bland or boring. I navigate my own fueling experience without taste or smell, so I know how easy it is to lose excitement or fall into emotional eating. We’ll make your meals support you; physically and emotionally.

All coaching sessions are held over Zoom. This format is intentional and preferred. Video allows for real-time connection, showing automatic micro-cues that deepens your personalized guidance, and focused accountability, all from the comfort of your own space. That said, if you have sensory or accessibility needs that make video difficult, we’ll find a solution that works without sacrificing the depth of support.
Working with me may qualify for reimbursement through FSA, HSA, or HRA plans with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. As a science-backed, evidence-based wellness coach (trained under an MD specializing in family medicine) and certified through ISSA (International Sports Science Association), my services are rooted in proven strategies—no woo-woo.
