I train differently.
I used to compete as a bodybuilder. I know what it takes to build muscle, discipline, and resilience—but I also know what it’s like to lose it all and start over.
I live with scoliosis. I live with cPTSD. I live with a rare brain tumor (in remission). I’ve trained through facial paralysis, one-sided deafness, and chronic vertigo — and I’ve rebuilt after a pedestrian accident that took my sense of taste and smell.
My body has been through it.
So I don’t just teach strength—I live it.
Now I help clients retrain their bodies and rebuild trust in themselves.
