20 Minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as you can)
- Jumping Alternate Lunges
- Glute Bridge Pulse
- Jumping Jacks
- High Knees
So do all 5 exercises in the circuit 4 times. (IE 4 squats, 4 Jumping, 4 Glute Bridge, 4 Jumping Jacks, 4 High Knees; rest 30 seconds). Continue to complete 8 reps of the exercises in the circuit. Continue until you have reached 28 times for each exercise. Challenge yourself to keep rest after the end of a circuit to under a minute.
Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
Also, no lazy jumping! Control your jumps and land softly on your feet. High impact jumping that results in loud jumps can mean trouble for your joints. Control your jumps, land softly on your feet.
