On programs and plans that call for photos, I ask my clients to submit so that I can assess their progress, and compare the previous photos to the most recent.
From there I can determine whether we need to revise and update their workouts and/or nutrition. However, I don’t share without their prior consent and even then I think twice about sharing their photos. It’s their journey and theirs alone. They don’t need to be judged by others on their progress. Whether it is fast or not so much, every body is different. Everyone has a different body composition, metabolism, different reactions to nutrition and foods, etc. At the end of the day, it is their own fitness journey and it is up to them alone to decide whether they want to hear others’ thoughts and opinions on their transformation.
