This elite training program is designed to help you build strength, move better, and train smarter with a plan that fits your body and lifestyle.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll create a strong foundation of movement, endurance, and performance that continues long after the program ends.
You’ll receive expert coaching and a structured plan to maximize results—covering both training and nutrition.
Training tailored to you—Whether you prefer the gym or an active lifestyle approach, we’ll create a structured plan that fits. For non-gym goers who have no desire to step into a gym (I get it 😉), this might look like Zumba, brisk walking, swimming, or other activities you enjoy. We’ll align it with your caloric and macronutrient needs to ensure optimal performance and recovery. Movement is healing and nutrition is medicine.
You’ll train with intention, improving strength, mobility, and endurance.
You’ll have ongoing support and motivation to stay on track.

As a fit-and-fuel enthusiast, professional and health advocate with over 10 years of experience learning about a sustainable healthy lifestyle, the question I get most is how to make it stick. The truth? It’s not about willpower—it’s about having a strategy that actually fits your life.
For me, it was both physical—a brain tumor (now in remission but leaving me with facial paralysis and deafness on one side), a pedestrian accident that caused the loss of smell, taste, and spontaneous and chronic vertigo, and cPTSD—and the relentless demands of running a business, managing deadlines, juggling responsibilities, and trying to keep up with it all.
My experiences have given me a unique understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of balancing a career, personal life, health, and medical struggles.
And I’ve combined my personal experience with extensive training in physical health, nutrition, and neuroscience to create real-world solutions that make healthy living easy, enjoyable, and sustainable. As a former competitive bodybuilder in the Bikini and Figure divisions, I understand the pharmacy within our muscles and how movement transforms both body and mind. Because true health isn’t just about a number on the scale or how many greens you eat—it’s about feeling strong, energized, and resilient in everyday life.

Each personal training session is 50 minutes. Beyond that, implementing your action steps and nutrition strategy depends on your schedule—we focus on removing stress, not adding it.

Health coaching and personal training may qualify for reimbursement through FSA, HSA, or HRA plans with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. As a science-backed, evidence-based wellness coach (trained under an MD specializing in family medicine) and certified through ISSA (International Sports Science Association), my services are rooted in proven strategies—no woo-woo. Check with your provider for specific reimbursement details.
